In 1998 Dr. Marina Pearsall established the Longevity Centres of America as a haven for patients focused upon the concept of Prevention as the key to longevity and good health. In the summer of 2000, Dr. Gurney Pearsall joined his wife and shares her philosophy of the Preventative Medicine model.
Dr. Marina Pearsall has extensive training and work experience in the fields of Anti-Aging Medicine, Cardiology, Cardiac Physiology, Internal Medicine, and Bariatric Medicine. She promotes Wellness & Prevention within her medical practice.

Marina M. Pearsall, M.D., Ph.D. is a highly qualified physician who specialize in natural bioidentical hormone therapies, integrated with micronutrient supplementation. Dr. Pearsall helps women and men relieve the symptoms of menopause, andropause (the male menopause) and the symptoms associated with aging.
A pioneer of the “Pellet Implant” method of Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement and IV Micronutrient Therapy (IVMT) in the Houston Metropolitan Area, Marina Pearsall, M.D., Ph.D. is the co-founder of the Longevity Centres of America. Dr. Pearsall has been in practice since 1981. She is credited as having published dozens of scientific articles, written 2 books on cardiac physiology, holds 3 scientific patents and lectures regularly on Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy. She has been featured on the NBC News, CBS News, Fox News as well as the Houston Chronicle, Houston Business Journal, Houston Medical Journal and Houston Woman Magazine. Dr. Pearsall is a member in good standing with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the European Academy for Quality of Life and Longevity Medicine, the American College for the Advancement in Medicine and the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.
