We went to Longevity to get high dose vitamin C once we were turned away from traditional cancer treatments. We truly believe this service contributed to extending Daniel's quality and quantity of life. Thank you so much to Lena for being so kind. Prevyet Lena! My daughter, who suffers from Lyme disease, has received the best care @ Longevity. Our many thanks to Dr. Pearsall and Nurse Monday for their professional expertise. We have been impressed with the staff's patience and encouragement throughout her treatments. Shout out to Lena at the front desk who is welcoming and efficient with each visit. We will continue her treatments with this outstanding staff and highly recommend Longevity!

I absolutely love this place! The doctors and nurse have been wonderful! The front desk staff is also very friendly. I love having alternative treatment versus conventional medicine. I feel good and have not been sick at all.

Longevity Center has been fantastic in helping me balance my hormones and find renewed vitality. The staff is especially great ... Nurse Monday and Lena are top notch in customer service and are beyond helpful in making my time at the clinic very enjoyable..!!!!

Missed an appointment by a few minutes and was told I was “disqualified” from ever being seen.... Asked to speak to manager and then the doctor, Mr. Pearsall was extremely rude. They take thing way too seriously at this place, and quite frankly they obviously don’t care about ones health. EDIT: Coming from their response, I realized just how immature this place is. I never complained about the deposit. I was well aware I could not get that back. I also agreed to the policy upon booking the appointment. But let’s start from the beginning. First of all, I booked my appointment 2 and a half months ahead. I NEVER received any email. They claim they sent 2, I received zero. I also never received ANY phone call, and I’ve had the same phone number my whole life. Life happens, as time went on, I forgot the time of my appointment. I had the date memorized, but not the time. On that date, I called to ask what time my appointment was. They explained that I had missed it, and that I was disqualified. (My appointment was at 10, I called at 10:30. I explained I could leave my house that second to come in, but I was told not to. I was told I was disqualified in a very rude tone.) I asked to speak to a manager just to hear it from a “professional,” not his assistant, and he refused to even talk to me. THAT’S when I apparently said something “vulgar” which wasn’t even vulgar at all. How old are we? Put your big girl panties on. I waited OVER 2 months for something I desperately needed. I have lupus and alopecia. The fact they just toss away clients shows alot about their professionalism. II understood I wouldn’t get the deposit back, and frankly $250 dollars is nothing to me. That’s not what I was upset about. I chose them and waited longer than I should’ve, since they had the best reviews for what I need. But I’m glad I didn’t deal with such immature people. Go to the Houston Wellness Clinic if you have a serious illness like me and need professionalism.
