Whether it stems from their professional or personal lives, millions of Americans contend with high levels of stress on a daily basis. If you have a particular hobby or some activity that you truly take joy from, don't indulge in it on occasion – pencil it into your regular routine. Whether it's an hour of yoga in the morning or curling up with a novel at night, make these pastimes as high a priority as the stress-inducing tasks in your life.
